Terms and Conditions – WinRupees Pakistan Online Casino Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to WinRupees. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WinRupees platform, including the website located at winrupees.ws, any mobile version of the site, and all games, services and features available through the platform. WinRupees is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan.

By registering an account with WinRupees, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of our service in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the WinRupees platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinRupees. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on WinRupees, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinRupees does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play or withdraw. We take this requirement seriously and may request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be accessing the WinRupees platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether your use of WinRupees complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or family member of an employee or contractor of WinRupees, or any company associated with the WinRupees platform, including software providers or payment processors.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the WinRupees platform, had your account closed for breach of these Terms, or be subject to any self-exclusion period that is still active.

WinRupees reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or other documents. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the WinRupees platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different mobile numbers, different email addresses or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering with WinRupees, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your WinRupees login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. WinRupees will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@winrupees.ws. Any activity on your account before you notify us of a security breach is considered your responsibility.

3.3 Account Verification

WinRupees operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and in some cases a selfie holding the document. Verification is handled securely and all documents are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the WinRupees platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions and no foreign exchange fees applied to any transaction.

4.1 Deposits

WinRupees accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, standard bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your WinRupees account instantly in most cases. You must only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account belonging to someone other than you — are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from a WinRupees account is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash typically complete within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank. WinRupees does not apply fees to standard withdrawals.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, WinRupees requires that the total amount deposited during the current session has been wagered at least once. This is an anti-money-laundering measure, not a punitive condition. If your account is under active KYC review, withdrawal processing may be delayed until the review is complete. WinRupees reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 5,00,000.

5. Betting Rules

WinRupees offers sports betting across cricket, football and virtual sports, as well as casino betting across roulette, card games and jackpot slots. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on WinRupees are subject to acceptance by the platform. WinRupees reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its sole discretion, including in cases where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — for example, odds of 1000:1 on a near-certain outcome — will be voided and stakes returned.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets on WinRupees operate in real time. Odds during in-play events are subject to change rapidly. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the WinRupees platform. Bets that appear in a pending state have not yet been accepted and may be declined if conditions change before acceptance.

5.3 Results and Settlements

WinRupees settles all sports bets based on officially published results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket matches. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or by physical results in live dealer environments. Settlement is final once completed, and WinRupees cannot reverse settled bets except in cases of verified technical error.

5.4 Abandoned and Voided Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered after betting has taken place, WinRupees will void the relevant bets and return all stakes to player accounts. Specific voiding rules for individual sports and bet types are published in the WinRupees FAQ.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

WinRupees offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on jackpot slots, cashback offers, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions around events such as PSL and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a WinRupees account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms and typically ranges between 20× and 35× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 25× wagering requirement must be wagered Rs 25,000 in total before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements on WinRupees. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as roulette and blackjack contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). Live dealer games may contribute differently. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Full contribution rates are published on the WinRupees promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

WinRupees takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities considered abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or using software tools to exploit promotional offers. WinRupees reserves the right to remove bonuses, void associated winnings and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7. Casino Games

The WinRupees casino section includes jackpot slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Casino Hold'em and live dealer versions of several of these games. All games are provided by licensed software partners whose RNG systems are independently certified.

7.1 Game Availability

WinRupees does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, software updates or at the request of the game provider. WinRupees will not be liable for any inability to access a specific game at any particular time.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a disconnection during a hand of cards or a slot spin — WinRupees will resolve the situation in accordance with the game provider's official malfunction rules. In most cases this means voiding the interrupted round and returning the stake. WinRupees is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet disconnection on the player's side.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on WinRupees are streamed in real time from regulated studios. The physical results from live tables are final. In cases where a live dealer error is identified (for example, an incorrectly dealt card), the game provider's official resolution procedures will apply and WinRupees will implement those outcomes on the player account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinRupees platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on WinRupees.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on WinRupees without human intervention.
• Exploiting glitches, errors or technical bugs in WinRupees software for financial gain — this includes "game glitch abuse".
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another player's WinRupees account by any means.
• Using the WinRupees platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent who places bets on behalf of third parties.
• Making threats or using abusive, harassing or discriminatory language towards WinRupees staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

WinRupees reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This includes situations where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are identified that suggest money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• A player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the WinRupees Responsible Gaming programme.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, WinRupees reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimately earned balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method. Bonus balances are not returned in cases of breach.

A player who wishes to close their own WinRupees account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@winrupees.ws. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the WinRupees platform — including but not limited to the WinRupees brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, icons and software — is the intellectual property of WinRupees or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the WinRupees platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the WinRupees platform without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of WinRupees intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

11. Responsible Gaming

WinRupees is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of people, online gaming can become a problem, and we have implemented a comprehensive set of tools to help players maintain control.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their WinRupees account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players can set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a given time period. WinRupees will prevent further play once this limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: WinRupees can display notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players can take a break from WinRupees for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days) from within their account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a permanent break from gaming can request self-exclusion by contacting WinRupees support. Self-exclusion is a serious step — during exclusion your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to re-register.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by WinRupees is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on WinRupees, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

In summary: WinRupees collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored using industry-standard security practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinRupees excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from the player's own decisions regarding betting or gaming activity.
• Loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside WinRupees' reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party system failures or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in sports data or live scores provided by third-party data feeds — while WinRupees takes reasonable care, settlement is based on official governing body results.

WinRupees' total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount wagered by that player in the transaction giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

WinRupees may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.

Your continued use of the WinRupees platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
