These partners receive only what is needed to process the specific transaction. They operate under their own data protection terms and are bound by Pakistani financial regulations.
Casino game providers whose titles appear on the WinRupees platform may receive session data (player ID, bet amounts, game results) for the purposes of RNG auditing and game integrity monitoring. This data is shared under strict contractual data protection obligations and is never used for marketing by the provider.

Once the verification process is complete, documents are retained for the minimum period required by applicable regulation and then securely deleted.
Your CNIC is safe with WinRupees: We encrypt all identity documents at rest and in transit. Your CNIC number and image are never shared with game providers, marketing partners or any third party not directly involved in legal compliance.
All financial transactions on WinRupees are conducted in Pakistani Rupees through locally authorised payment channels. WinRupees records every deposit and withdrawal associated with your account, including the amount, the payment method, the timestamp and the transaction reference number.
We do not store your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash PIN, bank account password or card CVV number. These credentials are entered directly into the payment provider's secure interface — they never pass through or are retained by WinRupees servers. What we do retain is a record that a transaction of a certain value was processed via a certain payment method at a certain time, and the outcome of that transaction.
