Visit winrupees.ws/register and complete the three-step form — enter your Pakistani mobile number, email address and a strong password, then add your personal details and confirm your age. A verification SMS is sent to your mobile immediately. Enter the code and your WinRupees account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes on mobile or desktop, no app download required.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on WinRupees. This is a hard requirement. You confirm your age during registration and identity documents are verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and all deposited funds returned.

No. WinRupees enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in all accounts being suspended with any bonus funds forfeited. Your mobile number is verified at registration via SMS code. Full KYC — where you submit a clear image of your CNIC front and back — is required when you first request a withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or when our compliance team triggers a verification check. Upload documents in your account settings under "Identity Verification". KYC is usually completed within 2–4 hours during business hours.

Log in to WinRupees and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. You can request a mobile number or email change from there. For security, any change to contact details requires verification of both the old and new contact method. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support@winrupees.ws with your CNIC details and we will verify your identity manually.

Accounts are locked automatically after multiple failed login attempts (as a security measure, lifting after 30 minutes) or manually after a compliance flag. For an automatic security lock, simply wait 30 minutes or use the "Forgot password?" option. For a manual compliance lock, email support@winrupees.ws with your registered mobile number for a prompt investigation. We resolve most account issues within the same day.

Email support@winrupees.ws with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Confirm your registered mobile number and the reason for closure. Any remaining balance is returned to your PKR payment method before closure. If the reason is a gambling concern, we will also discuss self-exclusion options with you.

Go to winrupees.ws/login and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email, and a one-time reset code arrives via SMS within 60 seconds. Enter the code, set a new password and you're back in. If the SMS doesn't arrive, double-check your number and try again. Still stuck? Live chat or support@winrupees.ws will sort it within minutes.

Deposits

Log in to WinRupees, go to Cashier → Deposit and select your preferred payment method. For Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount and confirm the payment in your wallet app — funds appear in your WinRupees balance within seconds. For bank IBFT, follow the transfer details shown on screen. All deposits are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no conversion fees.

The minimum deposit on WinRupees is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For bank IBFT the minimum is Rs 500. The minimum for Visa/Mastercard card deposits is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit set by WinRupees — some payment methods may have their own daily limits.

WinRupees accepts all major Pakistani PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in PKR — no foreign currency is required or accepted.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect within 10–30 seconds. Bank IBFT can take up to 30 minutes during business hours and occasionally longer on weekends. If your deposit is not showing after 30 minutes, check your payment app to confirm the transaction completed on your side. Then contact WinRupees live chat with the transaction reference number — we track and resolve pending deposits quickly.

WinRupees does not charge any fees on deposits. Your full PKR deposit amount is credited to your account. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — check with them directly. We recommend Easypaisa and JazzCash for zero-fee, instant deposits.

Yes — deposit limits are available to all players and are one of our most-used responsible gaming tools. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. No. WinRupees requires all deposits and withdrawals to come from and go to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may trigger an account review. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and protects all players on the platform.

Withdrawals

Log in to your WinRupees account, go to Cashier → Withdraw, select your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or card), enter the PKR amount and submit. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1–3 business hours. Card withdrawals take 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount on WinRupees is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no fee charged by WinRupees on withdrawals — your full requested PKR amount is sent to your payment method. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees.

First, check your withdrawal status in Cashier → Transaction History. If it shows "Processing", it is still within the normal timeframe. Easypaisa/JazzCash withdrawals that haven't arrived after 30 minutes should be escalated via live chat with your transaction ID. Bank withdrawals submitted outside business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm) are processed on the next business day. Card withdrawals can take up to 72 hours depending on your issuing bank.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a legal anti-money-laundering requirement. WinRupees requests CNIC verification for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or when a compliance review is triggered. Upload clear front and back images of your CNIC in Account Settings → Identity Verification. Documents are reviewed within 2–4 hours during business hours. Once approved, your withdrawal is processed immediately.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include: incomplete KYC, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, payment method name mismatch, or a pending security review. Check your account notifications for a specific reason. If the issue is unclear, contact support@winrupees.ws with your transaction ID and our team will explain the exact reason and what you need to do to proceed.

Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard WinRupees welcome bonus carries a 25× wagering requirement — meaning you need to wager the bonus amount 25 times on qualifying games before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn as real PKR cash. Check your current wagering progress in the Bonus section of your account dashboard at any time.

Betting

Visit the Cricket Betting section after logging in. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available for PSL, international Tests, ODIs and T20Is. Browse available matches, click a market (match winner, top batsman, total runs, etc.), enter your PKR stake and confirm the bet. Settled bets are paid out in PKR directly to your balance within minutes of the match ending.

The minimum bet on WinRupees sports betting markets is Rs 10. The maximum bet per selection depends on the market and event — it is displayed in the bet slip before you confirm. High-value markets like match winner for PSL finals carry higher maximum limits. Contact support if you need a higher limit reviewed for a specific event.

Yes. WinRupees offers live in-play betting on cricket (ball-by-ball markets during PSL and international matches) and football (minute-by-minute markets on EPL, Champions League and more). The Live Cricket Score tracker is embedded alongside the in-play betting markets so you can follow the action and place bets from the same screen. Odds update in real time and some markets are suspended briefly between deliveries.

Most WinRupees cricket and football bets are settled within 5–15 minutes of the final result being confirmed. For matches with official results (PSL, international fixtures), settlement follows the verified scoreboard. In-play bets are typically settled within a few minutes. If a bet has not settled after 30 minutes of match completion, contact live chat with your bet ID for a manual check.

The Football Betting section at WinRupees covers the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and domestic cup competitions. Pakistan Super League football and domestic Pakistani competitions are also available during their seasons. Pre-match markets open up to 48 hours before kick-off and in-play markets go live at kick-off.

If a cricket match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason before the minimum number of overs required for a result has been bowled, WinRupees voids all affected bets and returns stakes to player balances in full. A wagering requirement of 25× means you need to place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Then contact support@winrupees.ws with the subject "Suspicious Activity" — our security team can invalidate all active sessions on your account instantly and run a full login history review. Also change the password on your email account and Easypaisa/JazzCash PIN as a precaution, as credential reuse across platforms is the most common cause.

Responsible Gaming

Yes — WinRupees offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit or play, but your account and balance are preserved. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed early by the player.
